The Divi Black Friday sales fall on the 1st Friday after Thanksgiving Day in the United States and traditionally marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping season and when retailers offer large discounts on products and services.

It is still to be confirmed but based on 2019, I expect to see a 25% discount on all Elegant Themes membership, including new accounts, upgrades, and even renewals of expired accounts.
The 25% promotion was extended for several weeks from Black Friday and well past Cyber Monday last year, but the free prizes will usually go before Black Friday day is over.

The 15,000 Divi and WordPress prizes that are given to new and upgraded accounts are released in batches of 50-100 at a time, so if you want to get a particular prize from the products available you will need to make your purchase at the right time.
